Currently the Senior Chief Engineer at Leonardo Defence, he leads complex engineering programs and digital transformation initiatives. He has held key roles at Boeing, Rolls-Royce, BAE Systems, Lockheed Martin, and others.

Stewart Mackintosh
Stewart has extensive experience across the full lifecycle of infrastructure finance, from origination and execution of new investments to refinancings, acquisitions and managing successful exits. He has strong board-level experience on projects and investment platforms, providing strategic direction. His expertise spans infrastructure, energy transition, and digital sectors, covering projects from multimillion to multibillion value across Europe and select global markets.

Shareena Ali
Shareena is a comms specialist marketer wth over 20 years experience in strategy, international regional media relations, B2B/B2C PR, coprorate comms, thought leadership and more.
Working across the UK, MENA, Europe, BRIC and the US, she has advised UK and international governments, Saudi PIF, ALAT, ADNOC, Aramco, COP 27/28, Climate Tech Forum.

Chris Carlisle
Formerly a sea-going marine engineer Chris' background includes Naval Architecture, System Engineering and project management.
Having led marine propulsion product development for Rolls-Royce Nordics, power plant design and delivery for Bergen Engines, and power product development for Aggreko, he has also delivered complex power system projects in the naval, mining, and oil & gas sector.

Andy King
Andy, a naval architect, has over 40 years international project design experience in the refit, conversion & newbuild sectors across the naval, commercial marine, cruise, ferry, and superyacht markets.
A Maritime UK Industry Ambassador, and Maritime UK Hydrogen Working Group member, recent projects have included CMDC winning studies, net zero vessel retrofit solutions, and smart waterborne transport studies.

Fatima Mottaghian
Fatima is a seasoned Senior Architect and BIM Manager with over 12 years of experience in design, project coordination, on-site construction, and management. Her expertise spans a diverse range of projects, from high-rise buildings to modular, lightweight, and portable structures.
She has played a key role in establishing BIM services and leading teams of architects and BIM modelers. She has a strong track record of collaborating with world-leading and award-winning architects and engineers, including WSP UK.

Mahmoud Higazey
Mahmoud Higazey was awarded a PhD in Structural Engineering from King Saud University. His dedication to the field has been recognized with the prestigious ACI Middle East & North Africa Fellowship from the American Concrete Institute. Mahmoud has deep knowledge and experience in developing sustainable and smart structures, special concretes, and structural assessment and retrofitting.

A commercially-minded media and marketing strategist with 15 years of deep experience across sport, technology, and storytelling. Proven track record in brand building, sponsorship activation, and go-to-market strategy for frontier innovation. Worked for Arrival EV as senior leader during their $9B SPAC, autonomous racing series Roborace, World Rugby, and for the last 5 years at eVTOL racing series Airspeeder growing all media and marketing footprint. Levon is a Houdini Artist specialising in 3D motion design, animation, and VFX. With a strong focus on procedural workflows, he creates high-quality simulations, including liquid, pyro, and vellum effects, for commercial and entertainment projects.
His expertise spans the full 3D pipeline, from modelling and animation to complex VFX, ensuring seamless production and visually compelling results.

Rime El Guermai
Following a master’s in Yacht Design at Politecnico di Milano in Italy, she chose to pursue her ambition for a career in the yachting industry. She has worked at Feadship, the largest shipyard in the world which is located in the Netherlands. She has also worked at Lanéva boat, a company in Monaco designing fully electric boats before gaining experience at Gulf Craft, the largest shipyard in the UAE. Today, she has co-founded her own yacht design studio and started some exciting boats projects!

Ben is a senior commercial and procurement management strategist and leader, with extensive experience orchestrating start-up development, and optimising procurement functions across diverse platforms. With experience in the automotive industry (McLaren Automotive), and disruptive technologies in the electrification space (Volta Trucks), Ben specialises in bridging engineering innovation and commercial viability.

Paul McKenzie
'Paul has over 30 years experience working within both the luxury automotive and marine sectors.
He has been responsible for the design and development of multiple highly successful cars and boats such as the McLaren P1 and Princess Yachts X95.
At Princess Yachts Paul held the positions of CTO and COO over an eight year period and therefore brings a wealth of marine experience to the team'.

Christian leads our smart building innovation team, designing our unique 'Lucia' building to integrate into the Smart Hubs in ELIRE Infra.
He is a registered architect with over two decades of experience, he collaborated with award winning practices in London and Amsterdam prior to establishing Loop Studio Associates in Italy.
He has held the role of professor in Sustainable Design for international institutes and involved in the field of research, focusing on modular construction strategies for the European building industry.

Mario leads a taleted team of designers to inspire and capture our innovative solutions across all ventures from infrastructure to aerospace.
He is an IF Gold award winning among others, experienced 3D parametric modeler and transportation designer.
He is an expert in high quality A-class surface modeling, having worked on many automotive projects with some of the worlds leading brands including Volvo group, Seat-Cupra and Ferrari.

With nearly seven years of diverse construction experience, Ahmed is a proficient BIM Consultant with a solid foundation in architecture. Ahmeds career includes significant on-site work, particularly on high-rise buildings and the Four Seasons Hotel in Kuwait, where I gained valuable experience in construction coordination and the critical role of clash detection before construction. My expertise spans from design and planning, with a particular focus on integrating BIM technologies within both architectural and structural disciplines.

Gerry is an innovative and visionary executive with over 20 years’ experience solving large scale and complex problems in the airline, helicopter, aerospace, and MRO industries. I am at my best when inspiring and leading teams through business transformation and high-profile projects, with an "always on" mindset and a demonstrated ability to own and deliver seemingly impossible solutions while under pressure. In December 2019, Gerry led the electric aircraft revolution and delivering the world’s first all-electric powered commercial test flight.
