ELIRE Group is leading a breakthrough consortium project to develop a hydrogen-powered floating microgrid for shore power, e-vessel charging, and waterfront energy access. We are seeking an experienced Marine Systems Engineer to lead the technical integration of onboard systems, working closely with internal teams, consortium partners, and subcontractors.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and integrating key marine subsystems—including hydrogen storage and distribution, HVAC, fire protection, and fluid handling—while managing the interface between mechanical, electrical, and structural systems. You'll own the systems engineering lifecycle, develop interface control documents (ICDs), and apply industry-standard risk methodologies such as FMECA and HAZOP.

You will also oversee integration testing strategies, including FAT and SAT processes, and lead progressive testing through MBSE and digital twin simulations. Your work will ensure all subsystems are optimized for marine environments, with resilience to corrosion, hydrodynamic forces, and extreme weather.

This is an exciting opportunity to help deliver a first-of-its-kind marine energy platform, contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable maritime industry. Candidates should bring strong experience in marine systems integration, technical leadership, and compliance with class and maritime standards such as DNV, ABS, and IMO.

ELIRE Infra - Chief Architect – Floating Infrastructure & Sustainable Systems

Join ELIRE Group as Chief Architect and lead the design and integration of modular floating platforms for energy, logistics, and urban waterfronts.

You'll drive concept-to-delivery architecture and naval architecture, managing everything from hydrostatics to superstructure coordination.

This is a unique leadership role for a Chartered Architect or Naval Architect with experience in complex marine systems and regulatory compliance. Shape the future of resilient, sustainable offshore infrastructure with a multidisciplinary team.

ELIRE Group - Head of Defence Solutions

ELIRE Group is seeking a strategic and technically capable Head of Defence Solutions to lead our expansion into the defence and national security sectors. Operating across our three ventures—maritime infrastructure, energy systems, and smart logistics.

You will shape and deliver dual-use solutions that address critical operational challenges for defence stakeholders.

This senior leadership role combines business development, programme execution, and strategic advisory. You will translate military and security needs into engineered infrastructure offerings, lead the full business development lifecycle from opportunity identification to contract capture, and establish long-term relationships with government agencies, end-users, prime contractors, and regulators.

You will build and lead cross-functional teams spanning naval architecture, power systems, logistics, and digital technologies—guiding programmes from concept through deployment.

A key part of the role will be shaping ELIRE’s R&D roadmap to ensure our solutions are aligned with the future of rapid deployment, off-grid resilience, and data-enabled operations.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in defence or national security programmes, a deep understanding of procurement and compliance frameworks, and a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure or systems-based solutions. This is a unique opportunity to define ELIRE’s long-term impact in the global defence sector.
